Often there is a waiting time for sessions. The following set of empowering affirmations is meant to be a tool you can use before the session to awaken your Spirit, Soul, and Mind energies, take back your infinite power, and begin self-healing and uniting your energies.

Consider this as an exercise that will help you assume responsibility for your freedom!

I, (full name), seek and retrieve from any point of time, space and energy all parts of the energy of my Consciousness: the energies of my Soul, my Spirit and my Mind, which I have given or which I lost in a state of separation, unconsciousness or ignorance!

I now and eternally nullify all contracts of any kind agreed by me with anyone by intention, thought, word, writing or action, at any point in time, space and energy; contracts by which I have given up what I am, what I have and what I do in a state of separation, unconsciousness or ignorance!

I now and eternally find and dissolve all energetic connections of any kind made in a state of separation, unconsciousness or ignorance with any type of energy at any point in time, space and energy that are not useful to me and all other points of eternal Consciousness !

I now and eternally find and dissolve all physical or energetic implants of any kind that stop or slow down my experiencing, knowing, self-knowledge and awareness at any point in time, space and energy!

I seek and discover all memories from any point of time, space and energy that are useful to me and all other points of eternal Consciousness for experience, knowledge, self-knowledge and awareness!

I seek, discover, become aware of, and heal through intention, thought, word, writing, or action all emotions, pains, traumas, mental programs and beliefs from any point in time, space, and energy that may cause the separation or loss of my energies or the energies of other points of Eternal Consciousness!

I seek, discover, become aware of, and remedy by intention, thought, word, writing, or action all wrongs from any point of time, space, and energy in the manner most beneficial to me and all other points of Eternal Consciousness!

I seek, discover, activate and use by intention, thought, word, writing or action all skills and abilities acquired at any point in time, space and energy through experience and awareness; and materialize them in the most useful way for me and all other points of eternal Consciousness!

I unite my energies into one energy – my Consciousness – which vibrates, emits and receives on the creative frequency of Eternal Consciousness, both in separation and unity. Thus I attract and maintain connections with other points of conscious energy to facilitate the experience, knowledge, self-knowledge and awareness of both myself and all other points of eternal Consciousness!

My energies vibrate in harmony with the energy of Eternal Consciousness and every atom of my body aligns with this energy and exists at any point in time, space and energy in the most beneficial way for me and all other points of Eternal Consciousness!

I am the creator point of Eternal Consciousness and I discover in every point of time, space and energy that I am everything, I can do everything and I have everything in the most useful way for me and all other points of Eternal Consciousness!

The affirmations can be said in the evening, before going to bed. They can also be said mentally but with strong intention.

It is advisable to do this for at least 21 days in order for this neuro-linguistic programming to be implemented in the subconscious. Sleep is also very important. Get enough rest, even during the day, at least for a few minutes if you can.
